As the air begins to cool and autumn approaches, it's the perfect time to create comforting honey infusions for the season ahead. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to infuse raw honey with warming herbs and spices that canbe used for teas, seasonal recipes, and soothing home remedies.
Guests will blend their own custom honey infusion using ingredients such as cinnamon, ginger, licorice root, and lemon balm while learninghow each herb pairs with honey.
You'll leave with your own jar of infused honey and simple ideas for usingit in tea, cooking, and everyday wellness during the upcoming cooler months.Included is a small cinnamon stick tied to the jar with twin for gifting or use later.
