Before you head out for the evening, practice your Trick-or-Treating at the library! Try on your costumes and go door-to-door in the library. They will have pumpkin painting courtesy of the Friends of the Tolono Library (don't worry, there will be smocks to cover the costumes!), cider, donuts, music, and more.
