In this cozy holiday experience, you'll learn how to transform pure honey into beautifully flavored infusions using warming spices, citrus, & herbs perfect for winter. From bright orange and clove to ginger, cinnamon, and thyme, we'll explore flavor pairings that bring warmth and brightness to the colder months.
Guests will create two custom honey infusions - one to keep & one to gift - perfect for drizzling over biscuit, stirring into tea, pairing with cheese boards, or adding to a special holiday dish! Registration $35
