The menu includes: Roasted Pumpkin Chaat: Thin wedges of roasted pumpkin served on a bed of beaten yogurt topped with chutneys and sev. Ragda Patties: Spiced dried yellow peas served warm over potato patties and topped with cilantrochutney, tamarind date chutney, and yogurt.
