Contemporary social and political protests galvanize people around shared issues and concerns. These protests activate the nation’s First Amendment rights to assemble in petition of grievances, freedom of speech, and freedom of expression. Protests come equipped with ideological purpose and memorable messages. Many of these messages are expressed through what the protester is wearing and the signs the protester carries.
Think about your unfinished revolution and design your own protest button or sign. All materials are provided. Open to all ages.
